Paper Submission:
   Authors please submit full papers, not exceeding 10 double-space two-column pages, by e-mail in PostScript or PDF format, to cthpc2004@pllab.cs.nthu.edu.tw. The PostScript, or PDF, file must be viewable using ghostview, or Acrobat Reader, respectively, and can be printed on A4-size papers. The submission should also include the following header information in ASCII form: title, author name(s), corresponding author, postal address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers. Hard copy submissions are also permitted. Please send 3 copies of the extended abstract to:
