  Computer and Communication Research Center, National Tsing-Hua University, Taiwan. I helped ship the compiler toolkits and SDK to Penbex PDA and OS. Penbex PDA and OS was the brand developed in Taiwan and was one of the front-runners behind Palm and Pocket PC in the Asia market.
